Wow. Amazing.

You would think there would be at least some sort of basic knowledge quiz needed for such a role. Heck, even for the roles she's had. I mean, really -- what 4th grader doesn't know Africa isn't a continent? (Or was it third grade geography? Or preschool coloring?)

You know, you gotta watch for typos. :)

"What 4th grader doesn't know that Africa is a continent?"

or, positively:

"Any 4th grader knows Africa is a continent -- and they don't even need to be able to see it!"

Just FYI, this has been proven to be a hoax.

So, then, from the link you posted, how do you figure this in:

"The pranksters behind Eisenstadt acknowledge that he was not, through them, the anonymous source of the Palin leak. He just claimed falsely that he was the leaker--and they say they have no reason to cast doubt on the original story. For its part, Fox News Channel continues to stand behind its story."

And from clips I've seen, Palin hasn't actually denied it but has said such things as, (not direct quotes) "Why would I be talking about whether Africa is a country or a continent?" (Hint: answer "because she still might not know?" ;) )

Who knows. They lost. The world can move on.
