If you're a web developer, it lets you stop pestering your PC running friends with "Does this look ok in IE?" questions.
His service is actually pretty badass. It lets you check out a machine, use it on a virtual desktop through the web page, and the dismiss it to be wiped of whatever you've done. Check it out. http://www.realityboxlabs.com
